Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Snooze Scape, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to modify or cancel your booking. Our Refund and Cancellation policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness to all parties.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Customers:

Cancellations made only before the shipment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made after shipment confirmation will be chargeable.

Cancellations by Snoozescape:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be processed for cancellations before the shipment confirmation

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made post shipment confirmation.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.

Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

Modifications to Booking

If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
